"Bio Vision Farm" is a certified bio dynamic farm. Bio dynamic farming is the oldest and first way of organic farming in the west. B.D. was developed in 1924 by Australian philosopher and scientist Rudolf Steiner in response to the impact of artificial chemical fertilizers on soil, crops and life stock health. B.D. Farming is an advanced method of Organic Farming balancing the holistic development and interrelationship of the soil, plants and animals with the help of homeopathic compost herbs.
Highland cattle is presently on the farm and are an ancient Scottish breed. The meat is significantly lower in fat and cholesterol and higher in protein and iron than any other beef breeds and of course rich in omega 3 and 6.
